Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a 3-week locum tenens assignment with our client in Louisiana, starting Dec 22, 2025. This opportunity offers a focused schedule: Monday and Tuesday from 8am to 6pm, and Wednesday from 7am to 1pm. The ideal candidate will be experienced in general dentistry, including extractions and dentures.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform surgical and simple dental extractions, including full mouth extractions as required
  • Complete denture steps and fabricate dentures
  • Conduct crown and bridge procedures
  • Develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans
  • Ensure all procedures fall within candidate’s documented competencies


Additional Information

  • Must hold an active Louisiana dental license
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in general dentistry required
  • Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) certification required
