Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a 40-day assignment in Louisiana, commencing Apr 6, 2026. The client is looking for a professional to manage a daily patient volume focused on non-surgical dental procedures, including general exams, cleanings, and a range of restorative and preventative treatments. This role involves comprehensive dental care with an emphasis on patient-centered practices.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 8-10, with 12 patients scheduled per shift.
• Focus on non-surgical dental procedures only.
• Perform general dental exams, visits, and cleanings.
• Provide preventative services including Fluoride Varnishes, Sealants, and Cleanings.
• Conduct diagnostic X-rays and interpretations.
• Offer oral cancer prevention and early diagnosis.
• Perform restorative treatments such as filling cavities, placing dentures, and crowns.
• Handle emergency treatments.
• Provide basic periodontal therapy.
• Execute basic oral surgery, including simple extractions and biopsies.
