Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Perform general outpatient dentistry procedures for scheduled and walk-in patients
• Handle 10-20 cases per shift
• Conduct exams and hygiene checks
• Perform fillings and crown procedures
• Carry out simple extractions and surgical/complex extractions
• Treat a patient population consisting of 90% adults and 10% children (3 years and older)
• Work with a diverse patient base, including 25% Medicare patients
• Maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction
• Collaborate effectively with dental clinic staff and other healthcare professionals
• Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and safety protocols
