Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct examinations and provide dental care for a variety of needs, including preventive, restorative, and emergency procedures.
Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and extractions.
Special focus on pediatric dental procedures including stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies, pulpectomies, and simple extractions.
Manage a significant caseload of patients under the Oregon Health Plan (OHP).
Utilize Dentrix EMR system to document patient care effectively.
Additional Information
Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification, and Nitrous Oxide Certification.
Must hold a valid dentist license in Oregon.
Experience with comprehensive dental care, including managing a high volume of denture-related cases, is essential.
