Job Description

We are seeking an experienced General Dentist for a 12-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Texas, starting Dec 29, 2025. The schedule includes Monday to Friday, day shifts the first week (except Jan 1, 2026), followed by Thursdays and Fridays only for the remainder of the assignment. Proficiency with Dentrix EMR is required.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry care to patients
  • Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
  • Conduct routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
  • Maintain accurate records using Dentrix EMR
  • Adhere to clinic policies and standard operating procedures

Additional Information
  • Active Texas dental license required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certifications required
  • Experience with Dentrix EMR preferred
  • Previous locum tenens or travel assignment experience a plus
