We are seeking a dedicated Dentist for a 260-day locum tenens assignment in Texas, starting Apr 6, 2026. This role involves a comprehensive general dentistry practice, including crowns, fillings, extractions, and implants. The schedule is primarily Monday through Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with varied hours on Thursday and Friday mornings.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Understand and align with the clinical philosophies of the practice
- Implement practice policies, protocols, processes and initiatives
- Follow state and federal laws
- Be the lead educator about oral health
- Diagnose oral health conditions with the use of AI, Intraoral photos and radiographs
- Treat oral health conditions
- Educate patients on the importance of prevention
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Achieve daily production goal
Additional Information
- EMR: Dentrix
- Current Dental License required
- DEA Registration required
- 1-2 years of work experience is preferred
