Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide general bread and butter dentistry services.
- Perform hygiene procedures.
- Work towards achieving a 65% or higher case acceptance rate for treatment recommendations.
- Strive for a 30% or higher patient diagnosis rate for periodontal conditions, aiming for two SRPs daily.
- Meet an organizational goal of $3000 minimum average production per provider day.
- Target a 50% or higher New Patient FMX rate to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.
