Job Description

We are seeking a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner for a 55-day locum tenens assignment in Nevada, starting Nov 12, 2025. This role involves day shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, focusing on both medical and surgical dermatology.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions, including:
  • Acne
  • Psoriasis
  • Eczema/Atopic Dermatitis
  • Rosacea
  • Actinic Keratoses
  • Manage skin infections and autoimmune disorders such as Lupus and Pemphigus
  • Conduct various dermatological procedures including:
  • Skin biopsies
  • Excisions
  • Cryotherapy
  • ED&C
  • Suturing/Closures
  • Provide treatment for hair loss and nail disorders
  • Address pediatric dermatology cases as per provider comfort
  • Perform surgical procedures like cyst/lipoma removal and nail surgery

Additional Information
  • Must be board certified in Dermatology
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Valid DEA license
  • Experience: 2-5 years preferred
