We are seeking a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in New York. The Nurse Practitioner will work alongside two medical assistants, playing a crucial role in patient assessments, treatment planning, and occasionally performing biopsies.

• Provider Type Needed: Dermatology Nurse Practitioner
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities and Duties

• Engage directly with patients to assess their dermatological condition
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Perform skin biopsies as part of patient care when necessary
• Collaborate with medical assistants who assist with rooming patients and initial medical history reviews

Additional Information

• Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in New York
• Experience in medical and surgical Dermatology is required
• Proficiency with the Modernizing Medicine EMR system is essential
