Job Description
Wellhart is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner specializing in Emergency Medicine for an 18-day locum tenens assignment at a hospital in California. Starting from 09/22/2025, this role requires flexibility to work 12-hour shifts from either 9a-9p or 11a-11p. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with basic low acuity care, IV medicine, medical screening, and managing patients at ESI triage levels 3, 4, and 5. This opportunity focuses on non-critical patients and includes work in a results room. Experience with the Paragon system is beneficial. There is potential for assignment extension.
