Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 2-day locum tenens assignment in Iowa. This opportunity begins on Dec 25, 2025, with 12-hour and 24-hour block shifts, including a 48-hour shift scheduled from Dec 25-27. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in suture skills and hold current certifications in ACLS, ATLS, and BCLS. Experience with the Epic EMR system is required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Additional Information
  • Requires active Iowa license
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in emergency medicine
  • Current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, and Basic Cardiac Life Support
