Job Description

Our client is seeking an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 4-day assignment in North Carolina, commencing May 8, 2026. This role involves covering six to twelve 12-hour shifts monthly within a hospital. Responsibilities include managing a ED, newly renovated facilities, and a recently opened minor emergency fast track section operating 12 hours daily.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide patient care within a hospital setting.
• Work in a Emergency Department.
• Manage patient flow and care in an ED.
• Utilize newly renovated Emergency Department facilities.
• Operate within the newly opened Minor Emergency section (fast track) during its 12-hour daily operation.
• Address an average of 80 ED patients per day.
• Handle an average of 11 admissions per day.
