Responsibilities and Duties
Provide high-quality care for patients presenting to the emergency department
Assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of emergency conditions across all age groups
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Accurately document all clinical encounters using Epic EMR
Respond promptly to acute and emergent patient needs
Maintain compliance with all relevant protocols, policies, and procedures
Additional Information
Active North Carolina PA license required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
Recent ER experience in similar size facilities strongly preferred
Familiarity with Epic EMR system necessary
