Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant for a 2-day locum tenens assignment in South Dakota. This urgent role begins Aug 31, 2025, and includes 24-hour in-house shifts, where the provider will be the sole medical professional rounding on ED patients and stabilizing them for transfer. This position requires a Physician Assistant with certifications in ACLS, ATLS, and BLS, and experience in rural emergency settings is preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage emergency medical situations effectively with a high level of autonomy

Additional Information
  • Required board certifications in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care
  • Must be licensed to practice in South Dakota
