We are actively seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Massachusetts, beginning Sep 15, 2025. The role involves managing common emergency department cases at two hospital locations, with shifts ranging from 8 AM to 8 PM and 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Sunday. Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide immediate treatment of emergencies such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, burns, and uncontrolled bleeding.
• Perform procedures including airway management, cardiac monitoring, establishing IV access, and administering blood tests.
• Conduct diagnostic tests such as X-rays, CT scans, and ultrasounds.
• Ensure thorough documentation of patient care and diagnosis using Athenahealth and Meditech EHR systems.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to provide top-tier emergency care.

Additional Information

• Must be licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
• Experience in a high-volume emergency department is essential; experience solely in urgent care settings will not be considered.
