Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide immediate treatment of emergencies such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, burns, and uncontrolled bleeding.
- Perform procedures including airway management, cardiac monitoring, establishing IV access, and administering blood tests.
- Conduct diagnostic tests such as X-rays, CT scans, and ultrasounds.
- Ensure thorough documentation of patient care and diagnosis using Athenahealth and Meditech EHR systems.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to provide top-tier emergency care.
Additional Information
- Must be licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
- Experience in a high-volume emergency department is essential; experience solely in urgent care settings will not be considered.
