Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide comprehensive diabetes care to patients in a virtual diabetes clinic
  • Manage care for patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, including insulin titration and medication optimization
  • Review patient charts, making appropriate recommendations and updates to treatment plans
  • Conduct virtual patient examinations to assess general physical condition
  • Counsel patients on disease management and provide guidance on diet, exercise, and lifestyle modifications

Additional Information
  • Experience with telehealth is required
  • Must be comfortable working in a technology-driven environment
  • Familiarity with Tidepool, Dexcom CGM, and telemedicine platforms preferred
  • Required board certification: Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism
  • Licensure in MD, NY, PA, or VA is accepted
