Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as sole provider or demonstrate comfort working independently
• Participate in on-call coverage as required

Additional Information

• Alaska state license required
• Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP) required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA registration required
• Experience as a sole provider or ability to work independently strongly preferred
• Orientation required for providers new to the client (typically 3 days)
