We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Arizona, starting on Sep 1, 2025. Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide care to pediatric and adult patients.
Manage a daily caseload of 20-25 patients, ensuring timely and effective care.
Complete patient charts within 24 hours.
Collaborate and supervise medical students, NP students, and nursing students in a shadowing capacity.
Adhere to and manage certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
Ensure compliance with all applicable state license requirements, including obtaining an Arizona license if not already held.
Additional Information
Required Board Certifications: Family Medicine
Must be comfortable providing care to the full range of pediatric patients, from newborn to 18 years.
Experience with rural health, IHS, or Native American populations is highly valued.
Familiarity with Meditech EHR systems.
