Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner for a 240-day locum tenens assignment in Arizona, starting on Sep 8, 2025. This role involves a Monday to Thursday schedule from 7 AM to 6 PM, where you will manage 20-25 low acuity patients daily, including both pediatric and adult cases. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with pediatric patients of all ages and possess experience in rural health or with the Native American population.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage a daily patient load of 20-25, including pediatric and adult patients.
  • Provide comprehensive patient care with a focus on family practice and pediatric care.
  • Complete patient charts within 24 hours.
  • Supervise and mentor medical, NP, or nursing students as required.
  • Work collaboratively at a clinic as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with all required certifications, including BLS and PALS.
