We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 25-day locum tenens assignment in California, beginning on Sep 22, 2025. This role involves treating acute and chronic conditions in a state prison environment, following a day shift schedule of 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday with a special 4-day week post-training.Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions
- Facilitate Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) inductions and continuations
- Manage healthcare needs within a correctional facility setting
- Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
Additional Information
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA
- Required Board Certifications: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine
- Correctional experience preferred but not mandatory
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
