We are seeking a nationally certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in California. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver comprehensive patient care in a walk-in clinic environment
  • Perform evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for acute and chronic conditions
  • Prescribe medications and manage patient medication plans in accordance with DEA regulations
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR
  • Collaborate with clinic staff and physicians to optimize patient outcomes
  • Adhere to established clinical protocols and safety standards

Additional Information
  • Current national certification as a Nurse Practitioner required
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in California
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA certification required
  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care accepted
  • Prior experience in walk-in or urgent care settings strongly preferred
