Job Description

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in California, starting Feb 23, 2026. This ongoing opportunity features a Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm schedule and involves providing well woman care, IUD procedures, and chronic pain management to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver well woman care, including preventive screenings and health education

  • Complete chart closure within 72 hours of patient encounter
  • Other general outpatient duties as required

Additional Information
  • Active California license required
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Nurse Practitioners must have a Furnishing License with Schedules II
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar setting preferred
