- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation using eClinicalWorks EMR system
Additional Information
- Active California license required
- Must have CAQH, PECOS, and PAVE credentials
- Experience in rural or small-town outpatient settings preferred
- Open to candidates credentialed as Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with family practice experience
