Job Description

Our client in California is actively seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for an approximately 360-day assignment, commencing Mar 4, 2026. This role involves consistent shifts from 9 AM to 6 PM, providing comprehensive care across a diverse range of patient cases. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services within an established clinical setting.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including histories and physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests to aid in patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Administer immunizations and perform preventive health screenings.
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records.


Additional Information

  • Board certification in Family Medicine required.
