Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment in California, starting Mar 23, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages, managing acute and chronic medical conditions, and performing routine exams, with a schedule of 8a-5p.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Perform routine exams, preventive screenings, and annual wellness visits
  • Deliver women’s health services, including pap smears and contraceptive management
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging as needed
  • Coordinate care with dental, behavioral health, and specialty providers within our client’s facility
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Participate in care team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and patient education efforts
