Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join our client in Colorado for a 48-day assignment starting Mar 9, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, managing new patient visits, wellness, and urgent care needs, with shifts from 8 AM-5 PM.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct 60-minute appointment visits
- Perform 10-minute virtual consults for Nebraska patients, requiring both licenses if needed
- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
- Manage new patient visits, classic family medicine wellness, and urgent care needs for the member panel
- Offer full scope primary care, including diabetes, weight management, mental health, sleep, nutrition, bumps and bruises, and strep throat
