We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in Connecticut, beginning Nov 17, 2025. This 120-day opportunity features day shifts from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with Wednesdays optional. The assignment focuses on outpatient care, including general check-ups, physicals, management of chronic conditions, and women's health.

Additional Information

  • Must hold an active nurse practitioner license in Connecticut
  • Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), DEA, Medicaid Certification
  • Board certification in Family Medicine required
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of family practice experience preferred
