Job Description

We are seeking a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner for a 10-day locum tenens assignment in Florida starting Dec 8, 2025. This role offers flexibility with a schedule of 3 or 4 days per week, from 8a-5p, covering Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Thursday. Qualified candidates must have at least 1-2 years of dermatology experience and hold appropriate board certifications.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide dermatology care to patients in accordance with established protocols
  • Conduct patient assessments and dermatologic examinations
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic skin conditions
  • Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical staff as needed

Additional Information
  • Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Florida
  • Required board certifications: Dermatology; Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP)
  • Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of dermatology experience
