We are actively seeking a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana, starting on Aug 4, 2025. This role involves daytime shifts from Monday to Friday, focusing on a balanced caseload of Family Medicine and Behavioral Health cases. The ideal candidate will join an outpatient practice catering to both adults and children, working under the guidance of the Medical Director with robust support from a team of medical assistants.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide comprehensive care in Family Medicine and Behavioral Health
  • Manage a 50/50 split of case loads between adults and children
  • Collaborate with a team under the supervision of the Medical Director
  • Utilize Smartcare EMR for maintaining patient records
  • Ensure adherence to clinic protocols and quality standards

Additional Information
  • Required Board Certifications: Family Medicine
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years, with a preference for Behavioral Health experience
  • Other Certifications: DEA certification required
  • License: Valid IN nurse practitioner license
