We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 66-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana, starting Nov 24, 2025. This full-time opportunity features weekday day shifts, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or call. The role involves caring for both adults and children in an outpatient setting with a balanced mix of family medicine and behavioral health cases.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide outpatient care for both adult and pediatric patients
  • Manage a 50/50 split of family medicine and behavioral health cases
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including the Medical Director and 10 medical assistants
  • Deliver care in accordance with current clinical guidelines and protocols
  • Document all patient encounters and clinical findings accurately
  • Observe all practice policies, procedures, and patient privacy regulations

Additional Information
  • Indiana nurse practitioner license required
  • Board certification in Family Medicine required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and DEA certification required
  • 2-3 years of experience preferred; behavioral health experience also preferred
  • Office is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Day, and the day after Christmas
