We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana, starting Feb 23, 2026. This full-time opportunity offers a varied weekday schedule and involves providing primary care to patients of all ages in a collaborative clinical environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8am-5pm; Tuesday and Thursday 10am-7pm

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage medications for patients
• Educate patients on home treatment plans
• Refer patients to appropriate specialists as needed
• Ensure continuity of care between visits
• Complete charting and notations for each patient consult in the EMR
• Participate in peer reviews
• Work collaboratively with the Chief Medical Officer and medical team
• Provide care to a culturally and economically diverse patient population

Additional Information

• Must be licensed as a nurse practitioner in Indiana
• Required board certification in Family Medicine
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certifications required
• Comfort seeing patients of all ages
• Experience with EMR systems required
