- Manage patient care with the support of Athenahealth EMR systems
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling and site locations to meet the ongoing needs of the community
Additional Information
- Required Board Certifications: Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP)
- Experience in FQHCs, CHCs, or similar settings is highly desirable
- Must hold a valid nurse practitioner license in Michigan
