We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a dynamic locum tenens assignment in Michigan. This role commences on Sep 8, 2025, with a flexible schedule of 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday. Over the course of 120 days, the practitioner will deliver high-quality care in underserved communities, rotating between three sites, ensuring thorough patient engagement and continuity of care.

• Manage patient care with the support of Athenahealth EMR systems
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling and site locations to meet the ongoing needs of the community

Additional Information

• Required Board Certifications: Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP)
• Experience in FQHCs, CHCs, or similar settings is highly desirable
• Must hold a valid nurse practitioner license in Michigan
