Additional Information
- Required Board Certifications: Family Medicine
- Must hold a valid Minnesota Nurse Practitioner license
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications needed
- DEA certification required
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a primary care or urgent care setting
