Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide occupational health services for the client
  • Deliver primary care services for designated health centers
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Address urgent care needs as necessary
  • Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Additional Information
  • Must have current Minnesota NP license
  • Required board certifications: Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine
  • Certifications needed: Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
  • Occupational health experience required; urgent care experience preferred
