The provider will deliver occupational health services and primary care for the client's facilities, utilizing expertise in both occupational and urgent care settings.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide occupational health services for the client
• Deliver primary care services for designated health centers
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Address urgent care needs as necessary
• Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Additional Information

• Must have current Minnesota NP license
• Required board certifications: Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine
• Certifications needed: Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Occupational health experience required; urgent care experience preferred
