Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive family medicine services including preventive care, chronic disease management, and reproductive health services.

- Perform in-office procedures and handle urgent care needs effectively.
- Ensure continuity of care by managing cases of chronic pain and other long-term conditions.
- Utilize the RPMS EMR system for documenting patient encounters and managing health records.
Additional Information
- Required board certifications in Family Medicine and Urgent Care.
- Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Montana.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Tribal Health settings is essential.
- Certifications needed: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
