Responsibilities and Duties

• Deliver bread and butter family practice care, including chronic care management
• Evaluate and treat acute conditions such as cold, cough, and flu
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD
• Perform physical examinations
• Work autonomously and provide patient-centered care

Additional Information

• At least 1 year of experience in family practice required
• Must have experience working autonomously
• Active North Carolina license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
