Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver comprehensive primary care to children and adults
Provide gynecological and prenatal care
Conduct routine screenings and immunizations, including seasonal and travel vaccines
Support maternal health and mother-baby home visiting programs
Participate in farmworker health outreach and case management
Address behavioral health and communicable disease concerns
Offer family planning services
Maintain accurate patient documentation and uphold clinical protocols
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
Additional Information
Must hold an active nurse practitioner license in North Carolina
Experience in family practice preferred
Flexibility to work occasional evening shifts as needed
