We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in New York, starting Nov 10, 2025. This role offers a varied weekday schedule and involves serving as the sole provider in a primary care clinic, caring for employees and their families, ages 2 and up.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the sole provider in a primary care clinic
  • Deliver care to employees and their family members, ages 2 and older
  • Manage work-related injuries and provide occupational health services, including Workers' Compensation cases
  • Perform front office duties and blood draws when medical assistant is unavailable
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Epic EMR
  • Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and safety standards


Additional Information

  • Must have active NY Nurse Practitioner license
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required
  • Required board certification: Family Medicine
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Must be comfortable working independently as the sole provider and, at times, sole clinic staff member
  • Prior Workers' Compensation experience in New York is required
