We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in New York, providing coverage for a hospital-owned Primary Care office for 65 days starting Mar 2, 2026. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with day shifts and no call or weekend requirements.

  • Conduct office visits scheduled in 15- and 30-minute increments, averaging 18+ patients per day
  • Collaborate with office support staff and a tenured LPN
  • Adjust admin days each week to personal preference
  • Ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment


Additional Information

  • Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in New York
  • Required board certification in Family Medicine
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Experience in rural health settings preferred
  • Ability to thrive in independent practice and adjust to varying physician availability
