Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the sole provider in a primary care clinic setting
  • Deliver care to employees and their family members, ages 2 and up
  • Manage work-related injury/illness visits, requiring work comp experience in New York
  • Perform front office administrative tasks when the medical assistant is absent
  • Conduct blood draws as necessary
  • Use Epic EMR for patient documentation and records


Additional Information

  • Minimum 3 years of nurse practitioner experience required
  • Must be comfortable working independently as the sole provider
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Board certification in Family Medicine required
  • New York state licensure required
