Assignment Duration: 60 days with possibility of extension

Schedule: 7am-6pm & 7am-12pm

Responsibilities:

• Manage diabetes patients

• Treat hypertension cases

• Provide care for flu patients

• Stabilize patients as needed

• Experience with listed conditions and procedures

• Ability to start in early October
