We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 65-day locum tenens assignment in Oregon, starting Aug 4, 2025. This role involves day shifts from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, focusing on primary care with all related procedures. Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive primary care and manage various patient cases
• Perform all PC procedures as required
• Maintain accurate patient records using the Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and manage patient care
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Additional Information

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Required Board Certifications: Family Medicine
• Licenses Needed: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in OR, WA considered a plus
• Other Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Spanish language skills are a plus, enhancing patient communication
