Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prescribe medications and manage chronic illnesses
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic protocols

Additional Information
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Family Medicine as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
  • Active Oregon license required
  • Board certification in Family Medicine required
  • Enrollment in Medicaid is strongly preferred
  • The client will not accept candidates with malpractice or background issues
