Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Oregon. Responsibilities and Duties

- Prescribe medications and manage chronic illnesses
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic protocols
Additional Information
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Family Medicine as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
- Active Oregon license required
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Enrollment in Medicaid is strongly preferred
- The client will not accept candidates with malpractice or background issues
