Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a family medicine setting
Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
Prescribe medications and manage chronic illnesses
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic protocols
Additional Information
Minimum 2 years of experience in Family Medicine as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
Active Oregon license required
Board certification in Family Medicine required
Enrollment in Medicaid is strongly preferred
The client will not accept candidates with malpractice or background issues
