Job Description

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Oregon. This role begins on Jan 26, 2026, and features a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8am to 5pm with 8-hour shifts. Candidates with prior FQHC or Tribal health experience are strongly preferred and must be comfortable with NextGen EMR or able to learn new electronic medical record systems quickly.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a family practice setting
  • Deliver care in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and organizational protocols
  • Utilize NextGen EMR for documentation and patient management
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Support the mission and values of the clinic, especially in FQHC or Tribal health environments

Additional Information
  • Active Oregon Nurse Practitioner license required
  • Board certification in Family Medicine required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Prior experience in FQHC or Tribal health settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new EMR systems if not already proficient with NextGen
