Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a family practice setting
Deliver care in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and organizational protocols
Utilize NextGen EMR for documentation and patient management
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory requirements
Support the mission and values of the clinic, especially in FQHC or Tribal health environments
Additional Information
Active Oregon Nurse Practitioner license required
Board certification in Family Medicine required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Prior experience in FQHC or Tribal health settings strongly preferred
Ability to quickly adapt to new EMR systems if not already proficient with NextGen
