Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join our client's team in Oregon for a 60-day assignment starting Apr 6, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care during 8am-5pm shifts, encompassing preventative care, management of acute and chronic conditions, and reproductive health services for a diverse and underserved patient community.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide preventative care and conduct physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat common acute conditions such as colds, bronchitis, sinus infections, and strep throat.
• Manage minor injuries.
• Address chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and joint pain.
• Offer reproductive health services.
• Treat urinary tract infections (UTIs).
• Provide care for anxiety and depression.
• Serve a diverse community and underserved patient population.
