Job Description

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania, starting Sep 2, 2025. This role involves day shifts, Monday through Friday, and includes comprehensive responsibilities ranging from sick calls and daily infirmary rounds to managing physical and emergency consults.

Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conduct sick calls and manage daily infirmary rounds
  • Perform rounding in restricted housing units once per week
  • Handle physicals, emergency, and admissions consults
  • Manage common conditions such as cold, cough, flu, and perform sutures and splinting
  • Responsible for charting and reviewing EMR queues
  • Review lab results and x-rays

Additional Information
  • Corrections experience is considered a plus
  • Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania
