Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and standards
Additional Information
Minimum 2-3 years of primary care experience required
Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Must hold a valid Pennsylvania license
Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
Prior experience in Community Health, FQHC, or value-based care settings is strongly preferred
