This opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with 8a-5p day shifts, ideal for professionals with a background in primary care and value-based outpatient settings.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Additional Information

• Minimum 2-3 years of primary care experience required
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Must hold a valid Pennsylvania license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
• Prior experience in Community Health, FQHC, or value-based care settings is strongly preferred
