Our client in Pennsylvania is actively seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 20-day assignment starting May 1, 2026. This role involves providing primary care to highly complex, underserved patients, many of whom face addiction and behavioral health challenges, working within an 8a-5p schedule.
Responsibilities and Duties
- See highly complex patients with multiple comorbidities
- Work with many patients experiencing addiction and/or behavioral health challenges
- Provide care to an underserved Medicaid population
- Treat patients as a primary care provider alongside a comprehensive health team
