We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day locum tenens assignment at a well-established FQHC in South Dakota, starting Nov 17, 2025. This role involves Monday-Friday day shifts from 8a-5p, providing general outpatient family medicine with a very manageable workload.

  • Support walk-in patients alongside scheduled appointments.
  • Utilize Meditech EHR system for documentation and patient management.

Additional Information
  • Nationally certified Nurse Practitioner required.
  • Must hold or be eligible for a compact license if unlicensed in South Dakota.
  • Experience in a similar setting preferred but not mandatory.
