We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a year-long locum tenens assignment in Virginia, starting on Nov 3, 2025. This per diem opportunity involves 6-8 hour home visits, where you will monitor patient vitals after initial medication dosing. Providers begin receiving appointments upon completion of credentialing and training.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Document findings clearly and accurately according to required protocols

Additional Information
